Black Witch Hat

• Black witch hat is made from satin polyester.
• The outer fabric of the witch hat is ruffled and layered and has a piece of wire that starts at the brim of the hat and goes all the way to top of the peak to create a structured look.
• Underside of the brim features a printed black spiderweb pattern.
• Peak of hat stands approximately 45 cm tall.
• Circumference of hat measures approximately 60cm.
